1. Regular Professional Training is Provided by Mahindra institute of Quality engineers and Siemens ltd Engineers to upgrade the knowledge of Engineers & Technicians Regularely.Also CIP(Continuous improvement Programe) is initiated to improve the Quality, manufacturing process and cost reduction programmes; to provide cost effective and Quality products to the National as as well as International customers.

2. Special Testing Department is available with Qualified & Experienced Engineers for Testing standalone as well as line up Drives. Also PLC Panels are tested with the help of three Experienced and qualified Personnel’s.

3. Separate Mfg. Engineers and Technicians are available to provide Quality manufactured Panels of highest International standards.

4. Innovative Testing Jig (25kva) Designed for VFD & PLC Panels. Testing at 415V ±10%; 690V ±10%.auxillary supplies of 230VAC, 1100VAC, 24VDC are also available from it.

5. All instruments are Calibrated and Tested from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories.

6. Precision Busbar Shearing, punching and bending machine available for Busbar preparation up to 120x10mm cross section.

7. German made power lug crimping machine (NOVA Press) is available for accurate power lug crimping, from 70sq.mm to 150sq.mm cables. Also crimper is available to crimp from 10-50sq.mm.

8. U.S.A made (W49935) crimpers are available for smaller cross section lug crimping from 0.5 to 6 sq.mm.
