Safety policy is formulated to ensure that the hazards which affect the safety of the personnel, the integrity of facilities & conservation of environment are properly & adequately considered. Based on this policy, all the personnel’s have been introduced to the execution of work to ensure the retention of excellent & well proven engineering practices that are taught to them. The Quality management system of Standard Electro System is Certified ISO 9001:2015 from U.K Management Board of Accrediation. Quality control Process is subdivided into Three Parts-Inward, Inprocess,finishing
Inward- All incoming material into the factory is inspected at this section.The Engineers check the all components, as per Quality sample Plan.Verified all material as per Purchase order.After that making inward inspection Report.
In-Process- All Assembly process is work as per International standards. Quality control during assembly is a continuous process. Technicians should be checking their work at every stage to make sure everything is performing properly along the way.
Finishing- At this stage, Quality Engineer checked all the Parameters as per Standard Finishing checklist.Also the specific electrical and mechanical function inspected and verified. After finishing of Product, Packing process start, as per Customer requirement, Standard or Export packing.
